What to include in a problem report

1. The tool’s page URL.
2. The values you entered, using made-up scores and names.
3. The expected result and the result shown.
4. Your browser and device, and steps to reproduce the problem.

Do not email student rosters, real student grades, passwords, or other sensitive information. Crop identifying details out of screenshots.
